Experience a gentle flowing massage starting at the head and working toward the feet, utilizing rhythmic motions to stimulate the lymphatic system, circulatory system and aid in production of important neurotransmitters that support mental and physical health.
This massage is designed to target specific problem areas individual clients are experiencing. Holistic physiological and anatomical understanding allow an intelligent approach for bringing relief of symptoms. Varied pressure and techniques along with breath work allow you to work with your therapist to identify personal needs and provide a healing experience.
Use of breath, movement and fascial release techniques applied in an intentional three series, that is targeted to support better balance, fuller breathing, increased comfort and function in your body. Collaborative work with a therapist, using slow focused movements and touch to support your body to ease into the experience, and release stuck tissue. Session one focuses on the lower body to create grounding and balance in the pelvis. Session two aims to support the upper body and rib cage over the pelvis. Deepen your yoga practice and anatomical understanding with a private session. Sessions can include meditation, asana, pranayama, life philosophies, hands on assists and massage. Receive individualized yoga sequences to help your specific issues to help bring comfort and balance back to your body.
